Before you ask…
What does grounds admission include?+
Grounds admission gets you access to all amateur and senior courts, the festival grounds, live music on all three stages, the food hall, and the vendor expo. Stadium Court (pro feature matches and finals) requires a separate ticket or an all-access pass.
Can I get a single-day pass?+
Yes. Single-day grounds passes and single-day Stadium Court tickets are both available, alongside full-week and all-access options.
Is there a refund policy?+
Tickets are refundable up to 30 days before the event. Within 30 days, tickets can be transferred to another attendee at no charge.
How do I register to compete?+
Head to the Register page, create an account, choose your division(s), and pay the entry fee. You can enter up to three events, one per format.
I don't have a doubles partner. Can I still play?+
Absolutely. Use the partner-finder board during registration to match with another solo entrant in your division and age group.
How are skill ratings verified?+
You may self-rate or submit your DUPR. The tournament committee reserves the right to move players up a division to keep brackets competitive.
Is the venue accessible?+
Yes. All courts, the festival grounds, and seating areas are wheelchair accessible. Accessible parking is in Lot A, and Guest Services can assist with mobility needs.
Can I bring my own food and water?+
Sealed water bottles and small snacks are welcome. Outside catered food and glass containers are not permitted. Water refill stations are located throughout the grounds.
Is there a host hotel?+
Yes, the Riverside Grand Hotel and The Colorado are our official host hotels, both within walking distance and offering discounted player rates and a free venue shuttle. See the Travel page for the full list.
What's the closest airport?+
The two closest airports are Dallas Love Field (DAL) and DFW International Airport (DFW). Both are about a 15 to 20 minute drive from Brookhaven Country Club, so either works well depending on your flight options.
