All parking is off-site at the Dallas College Brookhaven Campus about a mile away and is free to use. Courtesy shuttles will pick up and drop off attendees throughout the day. Details on VIP parking will be announced closer to the event start date. There are also complimentary hotel shuttles for those staying with one of our hotel partners.
Bags, water, and snacks are allowed, but meals and beverages (non-alcoholic and alcoholic) are not permitted since they will be sold on-site during the tournament.
The UPA owns all media assets from this event. Unless you are on the approved list of media, you cannot bring a camera into the venue. If you would like to apply for media access, reach out to d.sutherland@ppatour.com
No pets are allowed on-site, except for service animals.
There are wheelchair accessible viewing spaces throughout the entire facility. On Championship Court, Courtside seating utilizes a ramp for entry and VIP seating utilizes an elevator.
There will be medical services and presence on-site during all hours of play. Please refer to our Facility Map to locate the medical resources you may need over the course of the event.
Smoking is not permitted on-site
Yes, the Pickleball Central Superstore will be on-site selling all things pickleball, including paddles, balls, bags, apparel, shoes, sunglasses, accessories, and more. There will also be Worlds and Pickleball BLVD-specific merchandising available for purchase.
Pickleball play may be delayed or cancelled if inclement weather occurs, but Pickleball BLVD programming is rain or shine! Expect musical performances, sponsor booths, activations, giveaways, food and drink offerings, and shopping to stay open, unless otherwise noted.

If you are playing in the tournament, a free Grounds Pass is included with your registration fee. A Grounds Pass gives you access to the venue, Pickleball BLVD, musical performances, and all amateur and professional matches that are not played on Championship Court. If you want access to matches on Championship Court, you can upgrade your Grounds Pass to a Courtside or VIP Pass at our ticketing booth on-site.
No, all coaches, family members, and guests must purchase a grounds pass to attend. The only exception to this is for minors who are registered to play in the tournament. They receive one grounds pass for a parent or guardian to accompany them on the day that they play. To claim their grounds pass, the parent or guardian must be present when the player they are accompanying checks in.
When you arrive at the venue, head to the Check-in Desk to check in as a player or the Ticketing Desk to enter as a spectator. There, you will receive your wristband as well as any applicable drink tickets, lanyards, or event swag.
The Lapiplasty® Pickleball World Championships is an outdoor event. If weather or any other unforeseen circumstance occurs, we will do all we can to play matches, but brackets may be delayed, rescheduled, and in the worst case scenario, cancelled if circumstances do not allow for completion. Weather insurance is available to purchase throughout the tournament listing.

You can upgrade your ticket at the ticketing booth on-site at the event each day that you attend the tournament. Upgrading means that you will pay the price difference between your current ticket and the more expensive ticket, plus any applicable taxes or fees. Upgrades can include exchanging a Grounds Pass for a Courtside Pass, a Grounds Pass for a VIP Pass, and so on.
Yes, of course! There are tons of things to do and see as a spectator, including listening to the musical performances, watching pro and amateur matches, enjoying the food options on-site, meeting the pros, shopping pickleball merch, and much, much more! If you don’t want to play the tournament, but still want to get involved, consider trying one of our pickleball clinics, camps, or challenges – see details here.
Admission to the event is free for kids 8 and under.
Yes, weeklong Grounds Passes, Courtside Passes, and VIP Passes are available for purchase through TIXR at discounted rates.
A confirmation email containing your tickets will be emailed to you by TIXR after purchasing online. Ticket barcodes can be either printed out or displayed on your phone. If you prefer to purchase your ticket on-site, you may do so at the ticketing desk.
All tickets are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded. In the case of an event cancellation without a rescheduled date, a full refund will be automatically issued to each patron on the credit card used to purchase.
If you cannot attend the event, your ticket can be given to another person, but is still only valid for a single entry.
Ticket exchanges are not permitted, barring unusual or exceptional circumstances.
Yes, you can leave and re-enter the event grounds as long as you are still wearing the colored wristband that you were issued when you checked in at the gate.
The Lapiplasty® Pickleball World Championships officially kick off at 3:00pm CT on Sunday, November 3rd after the MLP Dallas Playoffs conclude. For the rest of the week until the final day of play on Sunday, November 10, we will have ticketing staff on-site at the event as early as 7:00am CT to check you into the event. Sponsor and partner booths open at 10:00am. Activations close at 8:00pm CT and venue gates close at 9:00pm CT.
We recommend getting to Championship Court, Grandstand Court, or surrounding pro courts at least thirty minutes before play begins.
If play is cancelled without a rescheduled date, a full refund for tickets purchased will be automatically issued to each ticket holder on the credit card they used to purchase.
